Have your overnight bag packed and ready to go

If getting ready at home and spending your wedding night in your venue, you will naturally need an overnight bag filled with the essentials. Have your bag packed and, if possible, in your transport vehicle the night before the wedding to ensure it is not forgotten about. If this isn’t possible, keep the bag in plain sight during your getting ready process so it is not forgotten about when you depart for your special day

You have a long and busy day ahead of you, one in which standing around and long gaps between meals is guaranteed. It is essential that every bride eats a filling and nourishing breakfast to keep her feeling her best throughout the day. A mix of slow-release energy carbs, fruit and dairy products will ensure you are rich with energy right up until the celebrations cease.
